Over and over again, we provided customers with a box that they needed to fit into, opposite of a traveler-centric approach.
The TMC world is built on a fragmented ecosystem & business model that does not offer the ability for customers to customize their travel program with newer technology available today. In addition, it is too expensive for existing TMCs to maneuver to a 100% scalable cloud-based infrastructure.

He has over 25 years of Travel Industry experience emphasizing Groups. He has have traveled to over 35 countries to reach at least 50 countries. "My travel highlight was going to 8 countries in Southeast Asia for 50 nights solo based on the day-by-day itineraries that I developed.
